Using AI Cloudify involves financial risk. Only commit funds you can afford to lose. Revenue and value figures are estimates, not guarantees.

1. No guaranteed returns

Estimated monthly revenue, projected yield, utilization and demand are estimates and may be simulated. They are not guaranteed, fixed, or risk-free income. Actual rental revenue is variable and may be lower than shown, including zero.

2. Crypto market risk

Crypto asset prices are highly volatile. The value of your balances and of any node measured in your local currency can rise or fall significantly and quickly. Conversion rates change continuously and the rate you receive is the one at the moment of execution.

3. On-chain & network risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, or entering an incorrect address can result in permanent loss. Network congestion and third-party provider issues can delay deposits or credits.

4. Node value & sell-back risk

A node’s estimated system value can change over time. The amount you receive when selling back to the system is based on the value shown at that time and excludes any promotional balance used in the purchase. There is currently no user-to-user marketplace.

5. Promotional balance limitations

Promotional balances such as the referral welcome bonus are usable only toward an AI Node purchase. They are not withdrawable, not convertible, not transferable, and expire after the stated period. Do not treat promotional balance as cash.

6. Referral reward risk

Referral commissions and milestone bonuses remain pending for a holding period and can be cancelled by refunds, reversals, deactivations, or fraud review. Your affiliate tier can move down if your active referral volume decreases.

7. Regulatory & availability risk

Crypto regulation differs by jurisdiction and may change. Features, including withdrawals and conversions, may be limited, delayed, or unavailable, and access may be restricted in some regions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful where you are.
