1. Acceptance of terms

AI Cloudify (“the Service”) is a Telegram Mini App that lets users deposit supported crypto assets and purchase and manage virtual AI compute nodes. By opening or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-related services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you. The Service is not offered where it would be unlawful.

3. Accounts & authentication

Your account is derived from your verified Telegram identity. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. Activity carried out through your authenticated session is treated as authorized by you.

4. Deposits

Deposits are processed on-chain through a third-party payment provider. Send only the specified asset over the specified network to the address shown; assets sent over the wrong network or to the wrong address may be permanently lost. Deposits are credited only after the network confirms the transaction.

5. Nodes, pricing & revenue

Node prices, configuration options, estimated yields and projected revenue are set by the Service and shown before purchase. All revenue, utilization and yield figures are estimates and may be presented as simulated data. They are not promises of income. Actual results vary with demand and utilization.

When you sell a node back to the system, the payout is the current system value shown at the time of sale, excluding any promotional balance used in the original purchase.

6. Wallet balances & conversions

Token conversions are executed internally at prevailing market rates with a 0.1% fee taken from the received amount. Rates change continuously; the amount you receive is calculated at the moment the conversion is processed. Withdrawals are available only when the relevant settlement service is connected.

7. Promotional balances

Promotional balances, including the referral welcome bonus, are granted at the Service’s discretion. They can be used only toward an AI Node purchase, are not withdrawable, not convertible, not transferable, and expire after the stated period. Unused promotional balance is removed at expiry.

8. Referral program

Referral rewards apply only to direct referrals’ node purchases. Commission and milestone rewards remain pending for a holding period and may be cancelled by refunds, reversals, or fraud review. Self-referral, fake accounts, and any manipulation of the referral system are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or any attempt to interfere with, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consider seeking independent professional advice before committing funds.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost crypto assets, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
